If you made a mistake assembling one of our kits.

Do one of the following:

1. E-mail Central Valley, with a note containing your mailing address for prompt replacement, and describing the error to help us improve products to avoid further confusion

2. Mail Central Valley, with a note containing your mailing address for prompt replacement, and describing the error to help us improve products to avoid further confusion

3. Call Central Valley, give us your phyisical mailing address, and describe the error to help us improve products to avoid further confusion.

If your CV product is defective, supplied with the wrong, or defective components.

1. Please mail the defective, or errant parts back to Central Valley, with a note containing your mailing address for a prompt replacement.

If your switch kit is supplied with the wrong points.

Switch points must be taped to a 3" X 5" card of some sort, and returned for replacement.

Note:

If you have mixed frog-to-point code (70-83) just give me a call or an e-mail with your mailing address, code 70, or 83, and the switch angle #5, 6, 7, 8, or 9. I will put a frog into the mail for you immediately.
